Repair Sidewalk Inc is a Sidewalk Repair contractor in New York City. We are a family owned and operated company. For over 25 years we have been doing construction in NYC. Over these years we have worked with many city agencies and home owners. The projects we worked on have ranged from $1,000 for homeowners to over $300,000 for city agencies. We are the only contractor in NYC that only focuses on doing sidewalk repairs. Doing only one trade allows us to be very competitive with our price and provide excellent service. We have all the equipment and labor to handle any size. We serve the 5 boroughs of NYC, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island.
We repair everything related to your sidewalk. This includes any Violation from NYC DOT or DOB regarding your sidewalk. Removing DOT liens on properties. Steel curbs, Granite curbs, Blue Stone sidewalk to concrete sidewalk, Land Mark District Sidewalk, curb cuts, Driveway cut and everything else related to sidewalks. All our work is done by following DOT and DOB specification. We are fully licensed and insured contractor and we get all the permits required to complete the repairs. We guaranty to pass all inspections and if for some reason there is an issue we will come back and resolve any issues at no charge to the homeowner.
We have done Projects with some of largest city agencies spanning multiple blocks to homeowners with 10ft sidewalk. Regardless of the quantity of repair we have always performed our best and finished on time. Some of the Agencies we worked with are NYC Department of Transportation, NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Department of Design and Construction, and NYC Department of Parks and Recreations.

Are you Insured and Licensed?
Yes, we are a fully insured and licensed company. We are licensed to work in the five boroughs. Our license number is listed on our Estimates and Contracts.
I have a DOT Violation can you have it removed?
Yes, we can help in removing the DOT violation. Send us the picture of the violation sheet and we will review and send you an estimate.
How long does it take to remove the Violation?
It will take anywhere from 1-2 months to have a violation removed after we have repaired the sidewalk. Due to COVID-19 inspections are taking longer to complete.
Are you able to get permits for the project?
As a licensed and insured contractor, we are able to get all permits needed for the project from DOT. We can get sidewalk permits, curb permits and various other permits if needed.
How long will it take you to complete the repairs?
We are usually able to come out within a week to do the repairs. Most repairs take us one day to repair and replace new concrete.
What payment type to you accept?
We take checks, cash, and credit cards. But on cards there is a 3.5% additional fee.
Any warranty and guarantee on your work?
All work we do is guaranteed for one year and if we fail a DOT inspection we will come and fix any issues without any additional charge.
