Yes, we are a fully insured and licensed company. We are licensed to work in the five boroughs. Our license number is listed on our Estimates and Contracts.
Yes, we can help in removing the DOT violation. Send us the picture of the violation sheet and we will review and send you an estimate.
It will take anywhere from 1-2 months to have a violation removed after we have repaired the sidewalk. Due to COVID-19 inspections are taking longer to complete.
As a licensed and insured contractor, we are able to get all permits needed for the project from DOT. We can get sidewalk permits, curb permits and various other permits if needed.
We are usually able to come out within a week to do the repairs. Most repairs take us one day to repair and replace new concrete.
We take checks, cash, and credit cards. But on cards there is a 3.5% additional fee.
All work we do is guaranteed for one year and if we fail a DOT inspection we will come and fix any issues without any additional charge.
